We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 24 hours but there may be a delay if you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday, in which the next business day it will be dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on where you reside.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post’s eParcel service.

In the event that no one is available at your address to accept delivery, the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your order.

If the courier cannot find a safe place, a card will be left and your order held at your local Australia Post Office ready for your collection.

It is a good idea to collect your order as quickly as possible because Australia Post outlets often have time limits for holding deliveries.

Aquagold fine touch is for professional use only and must always be performed by a qualified practitioner. For licenced injectors, prescribers and medically qualified persons; proof of your qualifications / certification is required before purchasing. You will be asked to provide your AHPRA or equivalent medical registration number.
